14-day statutory cancellation rights under consumer protection law [Draft, subject to legal review]
[Draft, subject to legal review] Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, for any remote sales transaction, a customer is entitled to cancel within 14 days from transaction completion or receipt of confirmation details, whichever is later. Cancellation notice may be delivered via email to gabi@gabios.ai or via subscription settings. Cancellation of a periodic subscription becomes effective within 3 business days, with pro-rated refunds for unused periods subject to statutory cancellation fees (up to 5% or 100 ILS, whichever is lower) where permitted by law. Refunds are reviewed case by case
A digital membership, file, or access that has opened does not guarantee an automatic refund beyond mandatory legal rights. Every request is reviewed fairly against what was delivered, timing, and applicable consumer law.
Ongoing renewal cancellation
Periodic renewal can be cancelled anytime in settings or by writing to gabi@gabios.ai. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle while maintaining access through the end of the paid period. See also terms of use at /legal/terms.
